An Adverb is a part of speech which modifies:
- a Verb (He walks slowly.) – Here, ‘slowly’ modifies the verb ‘walks’
- an Adjective (He is very good.) – Here, ‘very’ modifies the adjective ‘good’.
- an Adverb (He walks very slowly.) – Here, ‘very’ modifies the adverb ‘slowly’
क्रिया विशेषण ‘क्रिया’, ‘विशेषण’ और खुद (क्रियाविशेषण) की विशेषता बतलाता है.
हिंदी व्याकरण में ‘विशेषण’ की विशेषता बतलाने वाला शब्द ‘प्रविशेषण’ कहलाता है.
