The Junior Hindi Translator Exam is drawing near. What you have to do is to translate different kinds of Passages into the Target Language. The following is a Translation passage asked in PGDT Exam -2018. Translate the following and check you answer given below this passage.
Mosquito-borne infections have gripped the capital again. Taking a critical view of the situation, the Delhi High Court has said, “Dengue has played havoc in the lives inhabitants of Delhi.” Funds have been released by the government to MCD, fogging operations have been intensified and the bed strength in hospitals has been increased to control the panic among the public. So, did the government authorities act late? Could the capital have avoided the situation this year? The answers lie in a research finding of the National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR). Domestic Breeding Checkers (DBCs) should continue breeding survey throughout the year rather than eight months – April to November-according to NIMR findings. The Municipal Corporations of Delhi accepted the findings. However, on the ground, little was done.

मच्छड़-जनित संक्रमण पुनः राजधानी को अपने चपेट में ले लिया है. स्थिति को समझते हुए दिल्ली उच्च न्यायलय ने कहा है कि दिल्ली के निवासियों को डेंगू ने अपने चपेट में ले लिया है. सरकार ने दिल्ली नगर निगम के लिए फण्ड मुहैया कराया है, धुंआ फ़ैलाने के काम को तेज कर दिया गया है और जनता में फैले डर पर काबू पाने के लिए अस्पताओं में बेडों की संख्या बढ़ा दी गयी है. क्या इसीलिए सरकारी अधिकारी विलम्ब से कार्यवाही किये थे? क्या इस वर्ष की परिस्थिति को राजधानी नजरंदाज कर सकती थी? इसका उत्तर राष्ट्रीय मलेरिया अनुसंधान संस्थान (NIMR) के रिपोर्ट में निहित है? घरेलु जनित रोकथाम DBCs को आठ महीने के बदले सालों भर यानी NIMR के रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अप्रैल से नवम्बर तक रिपोर्ट बनानी चाहिए. दिल्ली के नगर निगम में इस तरह के रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार किया गया था फिर भी धरातल पर नाकाफी था.
